Payment methods
hAct allows you to pay for your order in any of the following ways:
- OFFLINE PAYMENT which means that you pay either CASH or by POS if you choose to pick up our order from our atelier (physical store) at Megalou Alexandrou 83, Athens,
PO Box 10435 (Kerameikos/Metaxourgeio)
- Cash on delivery with a small fee if you choose to have your order shipped. Shipping is free for purchases over €49.
- Payment by Credit or Debit Card
hAct accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners debit, prepaid and credit cards. The process is carried out and completed through a banking institution with which we cooperate and which provides all the necessary security guarantees of electronic transactions. In case it is not possible to pre-authorize your card with a commitment of the total price, we will contact you to inform us if you wish to change the payment method or cancel your order. In the event that telephone communication is not possible, you will be sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have given us, in order for you to get in touch with us.
If, for any reason, one of the above two methods of communication is not possible for a period of 10 days from the sending of your order request, then your request is automatically canceled and our company will send you a relevant message canceling your order request to the address email address that you have provided to us.
We do not store your credit, debit or prepaid card details. If you choose to pay for your order using a card, you will be transferred to the partner bank's website, where you will have to follow the procedure it indicates.
- Payment via PAYPAL
If you decide to pay for your order via PayPal, please be informed that the address you use for delivery is automatically updated from the one set as default in your PayPal account.
When you complete your order and choose to pay via PayPal, you will be asked to log in to your PayPal account. You will need to change the delivery address as shown below if you wish to deliver your order to an alternative address.
- Bank account deposit
You can pay for your order by depositing the amount to the following bank account:

You should deposit the exact amount of your order and the other agreed fees and charges and as a reason for the deposit note your name and order number.
To prove your deposit you must sent a copy of the transaction to our company by email at info.hact@gmail.com.
If we do not receive the deposit within 5 working days of the order, the order will be canceled.

Return Policy
You have the right to return the products you purchase and without having to justify why, within 14 days from the date you received them. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
(a) the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in excellent condition and the packaging intact, not having been used, soiled or tampered with;
(b) your full charge of the immediate cost of returning the goods and
(c) the product must be accompanied by the retail sales receipt and any other document accompanying each product.
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 calendar days from the day after the day you acquired physical possession of the products.
To meet the withdrawal period, you can send us an informative e-mail at info.hact@gmail.com before the above withdrawal period expires.
In the event of a product return, your refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the products.
